WHAT YOU WILL DO
You will allocate your time flexibly between our different areas depending on business opportunities and your personal interests:
• Lead consulting projects to success using all required resources
• Build our clients’ capabilities by facilitating training sessions
• Develop data and technology solutions to solve clients’ problems sustainably
• Support the company building and internal leadership
• Contribute own business ideas and become a founder yourself

• Academic track record
• > 5 years experience in consulting or corporate and / or start-up environment, ideally in leading role
• Fluent in both English and German (mother tongue level for German required written and spoken)
