As a Co-Founder / (Associate) Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future at Conves. You’ll actively drive client development, cultivate lasting relationships to ensure impactful partnerships, and lead complex client engagements. As a leader, you’ll mentor teams and foster a culture of innovation, empowering others to unlock their potential. Besides this, you'll contribute to developing new ventures, transforming ideas into successful businesses, and exploring entrepreneurial opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Management Consulting:
  • Client Partnership: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to secure long-term partnerships
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities, anticipate client needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead high-impact, multi-disciplinary projects and ensure delivery excellence

• Company Building:
  • Team Development: Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry thought leadership in your area of expertise through publications, speaking engagements, and internal knowledge sharing
  • Venture Building: Develop and nurture business ideas to bring them to life, from initial concept to successful ventures

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven Track Record: At least 7+ years of experience in consulting with a strong focus on client delivery
• Business Development: First experience in client acquisition to build strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities that elevate our competitive edge
• Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker with a keen ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions
• Leadership Excellence: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and empower teams
• Functional / Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of trends and technologies in a certain industry
